dk55 Terms and Conditions — Platform Use Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and dk55 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in connection with your use of the dk55 website and any associated mobile applications, tools or services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This acceptance is effective immediately upon your first use of the platform or registration of an account, whichever comes first.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dk55. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

If you are using the platform on behalf of any other person, or if you allow another person to use your account, you remain fully responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms. Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on dk55, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dk55 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended dk55 account under any name or contact detail.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a household employee of dk55 or any affiliated company.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment only, not for commercial or professional gambling purposes.

dk55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If you are unable to confirm your eligibility, your account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. We take age verification seriously — if there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

You may register one account on dk55 per person. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts using different names, phone numbers or email addresses linked to the same individual — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the process. You are responsible for keeping this information current and for notifying us promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any other person. dk55 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or services.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to operate your account on your behalf.

dk55 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or when required for compliance purposes. Verification may involve requesting a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of address or proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on dk55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. No currency conversion is applied — you deposit in PKR and withdraw in PKR.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and network conditions at the time of the transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect within seconds to a few minutes.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. dk55 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched by dk55, the time taken to reach your account depends on your payment provider.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section.
• Bonus funds and wagering-related balances are subject to the bonus terms described in Section 6 before withdrawal is permitted.
• dk55 does not accept deposits from third parties. Your payment method must be registered in your own name.
• In cases of suspected payment fraud or chargeback attempts, dk55 reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dk55 — whether on cricket, PSL, football, Esports, slots, fish games or live casino — are subject to the specific rules for each product. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and should be reviewed before play begins.

Sports betting rules on dk55 cover PSL and Pakistan cricket as a priority, alongside international cricket, T20 competitions, football and Esports. In-play betting is available for selected events and is governed by the live betting rules displayed at the time of the market. Odds may change at any moment during live events and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform — not the odds at the time you began building the bet slip.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a clear and obvious technical error in the display of odds — where the stated odds are significantly different from the correct market price — dk55 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled without a result, bets are settled according to the rules for that specific market as displayed on the platform.
• For slot games and fish games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage and game mechanics are governed by the individual game provider's rules, which are accessible within each game.
• Live casino game results are final once the round is complete and confirmed by the dealer or game system.

dk55 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for all virtual game outcomes. The platform does not manipulate game results in favour of or against any individual player. If you believe a game outcome was incorrectly settled, contact support within 72 hours of the round completing — disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

dk55 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each offer carries its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are displayed alongside the promotion and must be read before accepting any bonus.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money bets at the minimum odds or game contribution rates specified in the offer terms. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold do not count towards wagering.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the full wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any maximum withdrawal cap stated in the offer.
• dk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active offer will not have the terms of that specific offer changed retrospectively.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dk55. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and — where applicable — may be subject to further action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to place bets or accumulate winnings outside normal game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or placing bets with insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another player's account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing dk55 staff or other platform users.
• Charging back legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for betting or gaming activity.

dk55 monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, accounts may be suspended immediately pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be closed and the balance may be withheld.

8. Responsible Gaming

dk55 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. Gaming on dk55 is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. We encourage all players to approach the platform with a clear budget and time limit in mind before each session.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from dk55. Unauthorised use of dk55's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Game titles and content available within the slots, fish games and live casino sections of the platform are the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are subject to those providers' own terms and licences.

11. Limitation of Liability

dk55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors, delays or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk55 is not liable for:

Nothing in these Terms limits dk55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

dk55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal or money laundering purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a mandatory cooling-off period.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the player's own request), the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after identity verification, subject to any pending withdrawal restrictions.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. During the processing period, the account will be restricted to prevent further deposits and betting activity.

13. Changes to These Terms

dk55 may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform messaging or email notification.
